New Activity – Laughter Yoga

We have another new exciting activity at Coldwell , Laughter Yoga by Keith Adams , a master laughter facilitator with 7 years experience.

Scientific studies have found that laughter:

 

  • Strengthens the immune system, releases tension and promotes relaxation.
  • Bonds relationships, increases confidence and unites communities.
  • Enhances emotional intelligence
  • Generates better communication and team building

This can be a fun exercise for health and happiness, a complete wellbeing workout. This activity does not need to rely on the weather!

Can be done daytime or evenings, weekends.

Duration 90 minutes plus

To be done in the Lounge in the Activity Centre or outdoors if the weather permits.

Suits all abilities , groups of between 10-30 people.
