Regatta/Dare 2 be came to Coldwell Activity Centre for a works Team away day.
They arrived about 9.30am for coffee , tea and pastries and introducing the team as some of them were new recruits to the business.
The group ventured out to the woods for laser tag with Andy and Louise from Battlefield Live Pennine. Walking back they looked shattered but happy , stating it has been a long time since some of them have ran so much.
The double doors connecting the dining room to the cafe were opened up for plenty of space to dine.
The team enjoyed home-made meat and potato pie and peas , cheese and onion pie and beans and a few had either home-made leek and potato or tomato and basil soup.
For dessert they had a selection of cakes including home-made lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge and chocolate cake.
After lunch the group were glad they were not running around after the amount of food they had consumed. The chaps at Outdoor Elements split them into groups for team building and problem solving activities which helped build the relationships with the new team members.
Later on the group from Regatta went back to the woods for some bushcraft and survival skills , making a campfire and building a suitable shelter.
