Coldwell Activity Centre is a great place for groups to visit and stay over, and we really enjoy coming and working there. The centre is self-contained, with lots of different environments to use as locations for filming. We recently made a short horror film with a group of young people from Liverpool - and the woods nearby were the perfect spot to film in. The combination of media suite, classroom, equipment and accommodation all in one place, make Coldwell a great choice for any groups looking for a fun, creative environment to learn new skills.

Coldwell Activity Centre provided an excellent residential venue for our Summer Programme, with access to outdoor education, classrooms and film making. The young people can't wait to return. They loved the open space, learning opportunities and friendly staff. We'll certainly be using the Centre again as it proved to be an ideal place for informal learning and innovative youth work.
