On your arrival at Coldwell all the group will be made to feel welcome by our professional and friendly staff. The group will have the chance to explore the building and ask any questions they may have. An informal induction will be held with the group with regards to the facilities, health and safety and fire procedures. Although you are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage, your residential accommodation will be available from your arrival at approx 4.00pm until your departure at 10 am on your chosen day. Again, you are welcome to depart a little later if you wish providing the bedrooms are vacated and all luggage is packed to be held in a secure area.

You will have exclusive use of the entire centre except for the conference facilities for which there is an extra charge. The residential facilities for your stay will include the following:

		A total of 12 Bedrooms including 3 with on-suite facilities sufficient to accommodate up to 27 people   Large dining room seating up to 30 people   The drying room area for changing dirty and wet clothing and footwear. (Coldwell supply some outdoor clothing which is stored in this area)   Lounge with TV, DVD, stereo and comfy seating.   Recreation room with pool table, table football and piano   X-box and Games (available free, requires signature)   Tuck Shop and Drinks Machine   Gardens, with children’s play area   Orienteering equipment (free to residents, would normally cost £2.50 per head) with on-site orienteering course   Use of gardens and grounds and adjacent woodland with trail   Ground floor wet room for use by those using wheelchairs or with mobility problems   Lift to the first floor   Media and IT facilities for use with training courses (extra charge)
